Wednesday Update

Today was a great day. After the weigh in last week where I was up a pound, I am pleased today. I am 4 pounds down from last week. Hurray! I have lost 22 pounds in 14 weeks. Eric was down 3 pounds which puts him at 18 pounds down. He is now wearing a 34 pant. YEAH!
